This shot shows the audience the film has some sort of positive ending because it symbolises unity and closerelation, We could choose to use this poster as we have similar shots where kieran is seen walking away with his friends in the final scene also the plot ends on a high because the main character begins regaining his confidence and mending his relationships with his close friends.

I believe this picture has a clear message to the audience which may symbolise a journey about to take place or one to end.

The sky blue sky in the background fades into all white; this cleverly conveys he is leading onto something better in terms of his life-we could go along with the sky blue background. The picture is from a low angle which contradicts the stereotypical view of looking down on people who suffer from disabillities, instead it shows they are equal and no different from the rest.

The fact that the main figure is walking with a mother figure might show he needs a helping hand in order to do what he needs to do-this links perfectly with our mother son role being 'close knitt relationship'.
The poster is designed in a very plain and basic way; we wanted to also follow this convention-it looks more professional then having gimics and fancy fonts and sizes. This poster would be one of our first choices.
